Managed Services Provider
Our Command Centre forms the heart of our Managed Services Provider (MSP) business. This is the first point of contact for our customers where they interact with the call centre staff. From here, first line support is provided to the customers. In order to provide a personal touch to the relationship we assign a Service Delivery Manager to the customer, who becomes the single contact between the customer and the support teams.
Our offerings are aligned with IT Service Management principles, and this is underscored by our use of Marval’s integrated IT Service Management software, which is Pink certified for all 15 of the Pink-defined ITIL processes.
